Mozilla has released an alpha version of Fennec, the mobile version of the popular Firefox. It already looks promising, with more screenspace for the actual content, and less overhaul through massive menu-items, extra buttons, …

It’s nice to see titlebar disappear as you scroll down the site, to create more space to view your websites – as well as the new way of showing tabs & other browser options.

The only downside at this point, is that only the Nokia n810 is supported as a mobile device. I’ll be curious to see how it reacts on HTC models and Windows Mobile. If you want, you can try it out on your desktop pc, mac or linux.
